Order Processing
All products are made-to-order and printed after an order is placed.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high demand periods or sales, processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7–8 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping
We also ship to selected international locations.
International delivery times usually range between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note:

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer if applicable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided by our courier partner.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for:

The return shipping charges incurred when the package is sent back to us by the courier.

The additional shipping charges required to resend the order to the correct address.
The order will only be reshipped after the applicable charges have been paid.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Video of the packaging
Once verified, we will review the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Failed Delivery / Unavailable Customer (Prepaid Orders)
If a prepaid order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the package, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.
In such cases, if the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, the following charges will apply:

₹150 – Return shipping charges incurred when the package is sent back to us

₹70 – Redelivery shipping charges for sending the package again
The total ₹220 must be paid before the order is re-dispatched.
If the customer does not wish to pay the re-shipping charges, the order will remain canceled and no refund will be issued for the shipping costs.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
