At The Print Studio, many of our products are made-to-order and printed specifically after you place your order. Because of the customized nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy to maintain quality and fairness for all customers.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Please make sure to carefully review:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for size issues, so please ensure that you select the correct size before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items will only be accepted if a clear unboxing video is provided. Photos alone will not be accepted as proof.

Once the issue is verified, we will review the request and may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Requests made **after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the order has not yet been processed.
